My older-style x-vision mask died after a long hard life recently. I was very happy with it, so I 'upgraded' to the liquidskin version, which, as spruiked, is '45% softer'.
Indeed, it felt very comfortable in the store and on the surface. However as soon as I hit about 5m it would start badly flooding. I'm guessing because of its softness it compresses at depth, creating a a break in the seal. Now, mask-fit and face-shapes are obviously highly variable, so your mileage may vary, but thought my experience might be worth flagging.
Either way, Adreno swapped it with an older-style x-vision, no questions asked. Great service, as always. Review by Adam
