This regulator by Oceanic takes basically no breathing effort due to its pneumatically balanced valve, which dramatically reduces the required spring force to overcome the difference between downstream air pressure and upstream balance chamber pressure.

The adjustment can easily be managed underwater, even with the thickest gloves on. Two high-pressure and four low-pressure ports allow convenient and comfortable hose routing.
